What is your new project?
Fast-growing InsurTech start-up building an innovative AI, Machine Learning platform aiming to change the life insurance industry. They are helping insurers to become data-driven and produce insights to inform decision-making and drive new business strategies at the corporate level.
They're growing and looking for a self-motivated individual with strong technical skills to work in a fast-paced environment on our Python Backend Development team. As part of this team, you’ll take an active role in developing AI-based data science platform and get a chance to work with cutting-edge technologies including.

What makes you a great fit
- +3 years of professional experience in Machine Learning;
- MSc / PhD in Computer Science / Mathematics / Statistics / Physics or equivalent;
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Numpy, and Pandas;
- Industry experience from inception to production of ML models (such as time series, clustering, regression, and classification algorithms) and Tabular Data;
- Strong skills in data exploration, analysis, and visualization;
- Start-up industry experience - must;
- Team player, positive attitude, collaborative, good communication skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills, with experience breaking down a large problem into smaller, manageable components.
- Upper-intermediate English level;
Big advantage:
- Experience in Insurance or Fintech;
- Experience working with reporting tools such as PowerBi/Tableau
