What makes you a great fit
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in developing complex backend systems
- A minimum of 4 years as mid developer level or higher
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-performance, maintainable, and reusable code
- Experience with complex microservices systems
- Experience with large data scaling
- Expertise in high-level design and architectural practices
- Agile methodology practitioner
- Experience in a Production SaaS environment
- At least an upper-intermediate level of English
Must Tech Stack Requirements:
- At least 3 years' proficiency in Python - Python 3.9 at minimum
- Experience with at least one API framework: FastAPI, Django, Flask, etc.
- SQL DB's (Mysql, Postgres, etc.)
- NoSQL DB's (MongoDB, Redis, or similar)
- Docker
- Message broker platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar)
Will be a plus:
- Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, etc.
- Experience with cloud technologies and services, such as AWS or other cloud platform (EC2, S3, Lambda, Streaming, EMR, EKS)
- Kubernetes
- Command of Linux environments
- Real experience with ElasticSearch (indexing, complex queries, analyzers, etc.)
