- 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on shipping production SaaS applications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Expert-level knowledge of modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong expertise in React and its ecosystem
- Proven experience with responsive design, web accessibility WCAG, and
- cross-browser compatibility
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (at least an upper-intermediate level)
- Ability to work in US time zones and collaborate effectively with remote team members
Will be a plus:
- Experience with backend technologies (Ruby on Rails, Python, etc.)
- Understanding of SEO best practices and implementation
- Previous experience working in fast-paced startup environments
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Track record of mentoring other developers
